Naturopathic Health Consultations
(Online or In-Person)

Dr. Randall Block, ND, LAc, MSN

- Long Island Office -

Initial Consultation (including lab review): 75 minutes
Focused Initial: 45 minutes
Follow-Up: 30 minutes

If you have been to multiple healthcare providers and have yet to find a solution to your problems, you are qualified for a naturopathic health consultation.

The initial visit will be dedicated to obtaining a thorough health history, both past and present, physical and mental-emotional. This will be in the form of a long talk, as well as a review of labs that you have submitted to the office.  If more thorough testing is needed, including genetic evaluation, I will recommend it after this visit.

From this information I will create a personalized plan to optimize your body’s ability to heal itself.  This may include vitamin repletion for deficiencies, herbal preparations, nutraceuticals, homeopathy, acupuncture, bodywork, hydrotherapy, mind-body exercises, nutrition, light therapy, physical exercises and stretches, nature immersion, and lifestyle changes.  Natural therapies will also be recommended to relieve symptoms while we are taking the time needed to heal the root causes of your issues.  I will give techniques for you to condition your mind in order to aid in this process.

Health is first a mindset, then the body follows.

It is important that you continue working with your primary care provider throughout this process. Medications prescribed by them are a critical component of your healthcare plan. Once overall wellness is increased, it is possible that your doctor may be able to decrease or discontinue certain medications in a safe manner.  I can also speak with your doctor about natural ways to decrease unwanted side effects of medications, including chemotherapy.  Please reach out for more information, and to see if you qualify for the MyNatureCure program.

Naturopathic Medical Visit

Bottles of Homeopathy Globules

- Connecticut Office -

Initial Visit: 90 minutes

Follow-Up : 45 minutes

Focused: 30 minutes

Naturopathic medicine can be summed up as practical, logically applied medicine, that also recognizes the bodies innate ability to heal itself.  It is holistic, treating the body as a whole instead of looking at different organ systems as being set apart from each other, including the mind.  As a traditional naturopathic doctor, I take the time to find the root cause of illness in the patients I treat, which often makes the difference between feeling better for a time versus having true healing occur. I pride myself on keeping up to date on research, and finding cutting-edge solutions instead of only using cookie cutter protocols for every patient.  My number one goal is to be of maximum service to the person sitting in front of me.

I specialize in working with patients prescribed medication- dealing with nutrient deficiencies involved, achieving enough health to allow your primary care provider to reduce or discontinue medications safely, and avoiding side effects of medications including chemotherapy.

The leading causes of death in America are cancer and heart disease, and these are the two issues I specialize in for both prevention and treatment.  Other common problems include addiction, mental illness, emotional issues, metabolic disease, liver disease, neurological illnesses, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal complaints, pain, hormonal issues, and infertility, but am inclined to work with all chronic medical issues of the body and mind, in patients of all ages, especially if you have been to more than one doctor and have yet to find a solution to your problems.  Please reach out for more information, and to see if you would qualify to be a patient at the clinic.
